During that time, he bought and sold over 2000+ properties. His company invests in various commercial and residential projects,as well as hospitality projects Island wide. They have successfully identified, purchased and renovated multiple tourism properties with over 200 doors operational or under renovation. 98% of the Island is located in an opportunity zone and Puerto Rico offers multiple tax incentive programs under Act 60. Robert is utilizing many of these Federal and local laws, incentives and opportunities. Robert looks for talented people to partner with on all kinds of value-add real estate projects.
