1 Day Real Estate Bus Tour

Round trip to/from San Juan

Learn about real estate in Puerto Rico while networking with others who are investing in island real estate. Tour projects that are in progress, including Opportunity Zone projects, talk to the developers, ask questions and see the west side of beautiful Puerto Rico. We will stop for lunch for about 1.5 hour Ticket includes all transportation and snacks & beer on the bus. We will begin at approximately 7:45 am and return around 7 or 8pm.

This month we welcome Youtube sensation and Puerto Rico’s own Jerry Norton to speak. Check out his youtube channel, and you will see why learning from Jerry is going to be a meeting you don’t want to miss.

Jerry Norton is the owner of Flipping Mastery, an education company that has helped students flip over $100 million worth of real estate. Originally from rural Michigan, Jerry went from digging holes as a construction worker in his 20s to being a self-made millionaire by age 30. In addition to teaching others how to succeed in real estate, he is the proud father of 10 kids and enjoys boating, hiking, serving in his church, and spending time with family.

Event is held in person but will also be live streamed on zoom. Ticket holders will be given a zoom link to attend virtually.

Adam Greenfader is a managing partner at AG&T, a real estate development and advisory firm based in Miami, Florida. AG&T specializes in hospitality, residential, and commercial developments the Caribbean and Latin America. Adam lived in Puerto Rico for 25 years and has worked on over 55 developments valued over $1.5 billion dollars. He currently chairs the Urban Land Institute’s Caribbean council and is the Florida Liaison for the Puerto Rico Builders Association. Adam is passionate about sustainable building, aquatic architecture, and the use of blockchain technologies in real estate.

San Juan roundtrip

Real Estate Bus Tour

We have chartered a bus for an ALL DAY bus tour of the island to showcase some of the current Opportunity Zone projects underway in Puerto Rico. The tour will begin early and end very late. Along the way we will see stunning beaches, lush green landscape, walk to the lighthouse on the southern tip of the island with a bio bay boat trip and dunk in the bioluminescent water before heading back to San Juan.

Lance bought his first fix and flip house at 22. Over the last 30 years he has done hundreds of deals including shopping centers, theaters, hotels, resorts, condo projects, a casino, land, and multifamily. He loves using creativity in real estate. He currently has two commercial projects in Missouri, properties in Colorado, a 900 acre gold claim in NV, a 51 condo project in Fajardo, a 152 unit condo project in Fajardo, and a resort in Saint Lucia.
