Kathryn Morea is a full time real estate investor, realtor, landlord and Airbnb Superhost.   With over 20 years experience, she has done fix & flips,  wholesaling, land subdivision, tax auctions, tax lien certificates, new house development & private lending.  Kathryn moved to Puerto Rico from California in late 2020.

Zachary Postil came to Puerto Rico in 2020 for the Young Entrepreneurs Act and runs a boutique call center in Isla Verde.  He is a licensed realtor with eXp Realty.  Zachary co-founded Reia Rico in Feb 2021 and is enjoying life on this beautiful island.
