Creative real estate with special guest Lance Dehning.
Lance bought his first fix and flip house at 22. Over the last 30 years he has done hundreds of deals including shopping centers, theaters, hotels, resorts, condo projects, a casino, land, and multifamily. He loves using creativity in real estate. He currently has two commercial projects in Missouri, properties in Colorado, a 900 acre gold claim in NV, a 51 condo project in Fajardo, a 152 unit condo project in Fajardo, and a resort in Saint Lucia.
