This building is directly behind the Caribbean Sea View Condos in Miramar. Take the ramp on the left down and go thru the “tunnel” to park in the back lot.  NEW IKEAI’m excited to have a full sized retail IKEA in Puerto Rico. This opened in the San Juan area (Bayamon) within the past 3 months and it is a full fledged IKEA, with furniture you can pick up instantly, just like any of the IKEA’s in the mainland. Previously the IKEA stores in Puerto Rico basically only allowed you to place an order and wait months for the product to be shipped.  LUNCH & LEARN Each month we put on a lunch & learn for our community. This was broadcast to Jeff’s client list, we had 55 people on the zoom awaiting the announcement from Jeff & John about what they’d just accomplished in Washington DC. In fact, Jeff missed his original flight as he was meeting with Congressmen just hours before the meeting! This time we will tour some properties on the east side of the island: Luquillo, Ceiba & Naguabo. We will also tour multiple properties in San Juan. We are doing this in conjunction with OZWorks. This will be a real estate focused tour and not all projects are necessarily Opportunity Zone projects, although virtually all are inside opportunity zones. Here’s a photo from our bus tour in June.
