| DECEMBER REIA RICO MEETING Our next meeting is Dec 23. Instead of having a speaker, we are having a party. We are going to do a fun white elephant gift exchange as well as celebrate with champagne and coquito. This is an outdoor venue, we have the entire 6th floor balcony exclusively for us. Remember to bring a wrapped $20-$25 gift to exchange. DEAL MAKERS BREAKFAST CLUBWe meet every Saturday at 7:30 am to discuss current deals and potential deals. It’s a chance to review properties that our members are viewing and brainstorm about how to structure the deal. We often end this meeting with a field trip to view a property that members bring.     PROPERTY TOURS We are always looking at property and looking for deals. If you have a motivated seller that needs to sell, reach out to us. We went after one of the Dealmakers Breakfast Club meetings at looked at this 8 unit building in Santurce. We actually made an offer that day and it’s now under contract! Here’s a photo from the closing table with attorney and the sellers agents.   BUS TOUR Announcing our January Bus Tour – Jan 10-11, 2022 Mark your calendar – we are planning another bus tour. This time we will break the tour into 2 days. Day 1 will be around San Juan. This will showcase about 8 projects in the metro area. Day 2 will be properties on the east side of the island: Canovanas, Luquillo, Ceiba, Naguabo & Caguas. We are doing this in conjunction with OZWorks. This will be a real estate focused tour and not all projects are necessarily Opportunity Zone projects, although virtually all are inside opportunity zones. Price is $299 and includes round trip transportation to & from San Juan on both days. We will also have beer and snacks on the bus. We will stop for 1.5 hours both days for a lunch break.
